Torre Serra da Estrela: Where are you going
You will leave Manteigas and ascend to Torre, the highest point in Serra da Estrela and in mainland Portugal. But the Torre is not the main attraction of this Tour.
Indeed, the trajectory includes many and varied points of interest. Along this adventure you will discover lagoons, ancient glacial cirques and valleys, plateaus with endless views, forests and mountain landscapes unique in Portugal.
The highest altitude bike ride in Portugal is therefore a delight for any nature lover. The diversity of landscapes will certainly not leave you indifferent.

About the Tour
Starting in Manteigas, we go through woods, plateau and impressive mountain landscapes to the summit of mainland Portugal. The return to Manteigas will always be going downhill, passing through Covão d’Ametade and the glacial valley of Zêzere.
You should bring comfortable clothes for cycling, water and snacks.
Minimum height for renting na electric bicycle is 1,50 meters.
