Mountain Villages: Where are you going
Tour where you will get to know some of the most beautiful and typical mountain villages in Serra da Estrela.
You can start in Loriga, Alvoco da Serra or Vide. You will pass through the mountain villages of Cabeça, Casal do Rei, Muro, Barriosa, Frádigas and Vasco Esteves. Throughout the journey, views of Penha dos Abutres and Garganta de Loriga dominate the landscape.
In addition to visiting the villages, you will also pass by the famous river beach of Loriga and the bathing area of Lagar in Vasco Esteves de Baixo.
But not only. The visit to three of the existing “Poços da Broca” in that region are, without a doubt, highlights of this tour. These magnificent waterfalls undoubtedly provide a setting that will not leave you indifferent.

About The Tour
Route with medium high physical difficulty due to the length and short walks to access Poços da Broca. From a technical point of view, this is an easy route as it mostly runs along secondary paved roads.
You should bring comfortable clothes for cycling, water and snacks.
Minimum height for renting a electric bicycle is 1,50 meters.
