This multi-day e-bike journey takes you through some of the most authentic and lesser-known regions of Portugal, combining historic villages, mountain landscapes and a strong connection to local culture.
You will cycle through Historic Villages of Portugal such as Monsanto, Idanha a Velha, Belmonte, Sortelha* and Linhares da Beira, as well as traditional mountain villages like Manteigas* and Folgosinho — places where stone houses, quiet streets and local life still define the rhythm of each day.

Along the way, you will also explore Serra da Estrela, the highest mountain range in mainland Portugal and part of the Estrela UNESCO Global Geopark. Open plateaus, deep valleys and mountain roads reveal how ice shaped this landscape thousands of years ago, creating a unique natural setting for cycling.
This journey is not just about riding every day. According to your interests and travel style, we share local recommendations and ideas for cultural, gastronomic and nature experiences along the route — always in tune with the rhythm of the trip.

Arrival in Monsanto, one of Portugal’s most iconic Historic Villages.
